Objective

 

to plan and providing facilities and infrastructure including  transportation plan to meet the development need of UPM as a "University of the MSc" by constantly emphasizing economical cost, time frame as soon as possible, the shape and the best quality. to plan and real estate development UPM plans to meet the future needs of the University. to manage the maintenance of physical facilities and infrastructure existing UPM to keep in good condition to ensure uninterrupted operation of UPM. to manage real estate inventory and asses the needs of new buildings and manage the design, construction and procument of effective cost control. to enforcement local power functions so that the physical development of the campus can be conducted in an orderly, safe and follow the rules and requirements of environmental protection. to manage the project financing and development budget UPM.
