The Office of Development and Asset Management (PPPA) organized the EKSA (Conducive Ecosystem for the Public Sector) program at the department level, with close cooperation from all staff. This program is one of the key performance indicators (KPIs) that PPPA must achieve.
EKSA aims to create a more conducive and productive working environment in the public sector by promoting cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in workplace arrangements. Through this program, staff worked to enhance the quality of the work environment through green practices and continuous cleanliness maintenance.
This effort not only contributes to achieving KPIs but also creates a more environmentally friendly work atmosphere, positively impacting staff well-being. The collaboration of all parties in successfully carrying out this program reflects PPPA's commitment to sustainability and the quality of the work environment.
