SAFETY AND EMPLOYEES OF EMPLOYEES 'COURSE IN PAPAK SUPPLY (PROJECT & TRAINING)

SERDANG, July 23, 2019 - The Office of Development and Asset Management (PPPA), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) organized Occupational Safety and Health Awareness Course in Site Supervision (Project & Maintenance) (Session I) on July 22, 2019 and (Session II) on July 23, 2019 at the Seminar Hall, Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP), UPM.
Occupational Safety Awareness Course in Site Supervision (Project & Maintenance) presented by Pn. Hanah Zakaria of CIDB Training Unit. Among the items disclosed to participants in this Occupational Safety Awareness Course (Site & Maintenance) course are related to the Osha Act 1994, safe lifting, fall protection, permit to work, traffic management and personal protection equipment.
 
The Occupational Safety Awareness Course in Site Supervision (Projects & Maintenance) is attended by UPM staff consisting of Engineers, Assistant Engineers, Material Surveys, Assistant Surveys and several other posts where they are involved in site supervision for projects and maintenance work. at UPM. The course was also conducted by video conference with (nine) 9 staff from the Development Division, UPM Bintulu Campus.
