ORGANISATION STRUCTURE

The Development and Asset Management Office (PPPA) serves as the central driver for the planning, development, and management of Universiti Putra Malaysia’s assets. It is led by the Director of Development and supported by a strong strategic leadership team comprising Deputy Directors and Heads of Division.

PPPA’s organisational structure is integrated across seven (7) core divisions, namely Administration and Finance, Academic Infrastructure, Research Infrastructure, Service Infrastructure, Infrastructure Development, as well as Strategic Planning and Innovation. This integrated approach strengthens the organisation’s capability to deliver high-impact projects, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure sustainable and competitive asset governance.

In line with the University’s aspirations, PPPA remains committed to leading progressive, innovative, and sustainable campus development in support of a world-class ecosystem for learning, research, and services.
