The Development and Asset Management Office (PPPA) is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of physical development and assets at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). The office is led by the Director of Development and supported by a team of management and staff committed to ensuring efficient and systematic project delivery and asset management. PPPA comprises seven (7) main divisions, namely the Administration and Finance Division, Academic Infrastructure Division, Research Infrastructure Division, Service Infrastructure Division, Infrastructure Development Division, and Strategic Planning and Innovation Division, all of which play a vital role in supporting the University’s overall development needs.
