PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL EVALUATION COMMITTEE (JKPF)
INTRODUCTION
The Physical Development Proposal Evaluation Committee (JKPF) is a technical body established to review, assess, and endorse all applications related to physical development proposals under the jurisdiction of the organization. The Committee ensures that each proposed development is properly planned and implemented in a systematic manner, in full compliance with applicable policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHMENT
This Committee was established in consideration of the Minutes of the University Board of Directors Meeting (LPU) No. 170, whereby:
The Development and Asset Management Office (PPPA) serves as a “one-stop center” for the management of the University’s immovable assets.
It aims to streamline and strengthen a structured development framework for Physical Development Projects of Universiti Putra Malaysia’s immovable assets.
